How much luggage can I take on my flight?
You always can take one piece of cabin size luggage and a personal bag or purse. For certain Charter flights this can be increased depending on the number of passengers and type of aircraft. During the booking process we will let you know the luggage allowed. Please review our baggage policies
What is the cancellation policy? Once I have reserved a seat, can I change flights?
You can cancel up to 24h before the departure time with a fee of 70€ / 280QAR. Changes are subject to availability and have no fee.
